The purchase of Saab automobile looks completed

It looks like the deal in the purchase of Saab could have been completed following last Friday deadline for the company to pay the cash for its purchase.

The Swedish business daily, Dagens Industri reports that the Electric car company,  Nevs,  and the administrators of Saab automobile bankruptcy estate have signed a final settlement of sale.


According to the newspaper the deal will be presented at a press conference in Gothenburg on Monday that is today.

Even Radio Sweden reported that the Saab deal is nearing completion as on Friday the company paid part of the purchase price after a long meeting in Gothenburg between Nevs and the bankruptcy trustees.

Previously Nevs had just paid a deposit of around Skr150 million. Now, the company has paid a larger amount of money, according to the radio.
Another issue, the Saab trade mark despite is reported t be presented on Monday, according to Dagens Industri.

The paper added that the chairman of Nevs,  Karl-Erling Trogen  had no comment to give them in relation to the information.
