Swedish Green party move a step forward while Christian Democrats shifting toward extinction - New Opinion poll

New opinion poll out on Sunday taking the temperature of the Swedish
political scene show how the Christian Democrats are struggling to keep
with a very tough crowd and the Green party see light at the end of its
tunnel.
The Green Party is seeing its support increased by 2 percentage points
to 10.9 percent in a news opinion poll conducted by polling
organisation, Sifo for the Swedish daily, Svensk Dagbladet, and
Göteborgs Posten
Opposition Social Democrats fell back 1.6 percentage points whereas the
far right Sweden Democrats are back at the same level as a year ago.
6.6 percent.
For the blocs though, the Red-Green opposition parties now have the
support of 50.7 percent and the governing Alliance coalition stand at
41.6 percent, writes Svensk Dagbladet, and Göteborgs Posten.
The Centre Party stand at 4percent percent threshold, while the
Christian Democrats are getting erased and are mentioning a lowest
polling figure ever, of 2.7 percent.
Polling organisation, Sifo asked 1,922 people between May 6 and16 about
which party they would vote for if an election was held today. Only the
Green Party's change is statistically significant.
